Western Riding Lessons

WRC offers two riding lesson sessions per year. One in the spring (End of Feb to Mid June) and one in the fall (Sept-End of Nov). The spring session is 14 weeks in length and the fall session is 12 weeks in length. Most students ride once per week while some ride 2-3 times per week. Lessons run for approximately one hour and consist of 4-6 riders. Lesson spots are limited and are offered to the existing students first and then to those on the waiting list. If you are interested, please still inquire, even if the session is full as you can be added to the waiting list. Jessica Wruck is the head instructor

Riding lessons will be rescheduled in the event of poor weather or if the instructor has to cancel the lesson. A lesson will only be rescheduled if the student has to miss a lesson due to illness, If the student can't make the lesson for any other reason, the lesson will not be rescheduled and fees are forfeited. Only one sick lesson will be rescheduled per session.
All lesson students who are bringing their own horse for lessons are required to have a Saskatchewan Horse Federation membership and provide their own proper riding boots and helmet (if under age). Click on link above to take you site.
Attached registration form must be filled out and scanned or given back with signature.
Attached WRC Release and Waiver must be signed.

Riding Lesson Fees & information:

Lesson fees if using a WRC lesson horse
1 Group Riding lesson per week: $75+ gst/lesson
Semi-Private Riding Lesson: $85+gst
Private Riding Lesson : $95+ gst

Lesson fees if using a your own horse
Group Riding lesson (3-5 people): $45+ gst/lesson
Semi-Private Riding Lesson: $55+gst
Private Riding Lesson: $65+ gst

A non-refundable lesson deposit of $100 is required to hold your spot. That can be e-transfered to wrc@sasktel.net
Payment can be made in full for the entire session or monthly via etransfer on the first of the month. If etransfers are late a $5 fee will be charged.
